LPUNEST FOR Under Graduate LAW Programmes


Lovely Professional University is conducting National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) for UG-LAW aspirants. Students studying in 12th class can apply for LPUNEST ( UG-LAW). Since its inception in 2009, more than 50,000 students are appearing in this exam (LPUNEST) every year. LPUNEST will be conducted in online mode (pen and paper mode test is not allowed) as per schedule mentioned under the head of Important Dates for LPUNEST ( UG-LAW). This test will have twofold advantage as it will act as Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. LPUNEST will be conducted in following schedule:

Schedule : 27th February to 6th March, 2021

Entrance Test: LPUNEST (UG-LAW) will act as Entrance test for admission concerned test Programmes at LPU. For details, refer “Eligibility”.

For admission to Under Graduate UG-LAW Programmes at Lovely Professional University, you need to fulfil the following Eligibility Criteria.
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for LPUNEST (UG-LAW)
Qualifying Examination:
Applicants appearing for LPUNEST (UG-LAW) should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2021, in final examination of 10+2 from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi) or The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE, New Delhi) or State Board or any other Council, Institution, college etc. declared recognised by Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi or any other concerned apex body as applicable.
Eligibility Criteria in the Qualifying Examination:

For admission in in B.A., LL.B.(Hons.) BBA, LL.B. (Hons.)applicant should

Pass with 60%* aggregate marks in 10+2 (any stream) with English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.

*5% relaxation for SC/ST Applicants and 3% relaxation for OBC Applicants

*5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants

Note:In case the applicant falls in both categories, then only one relaxation in eligibility will be given.
